Ann Doak, a certified Employee Assistance
Professional, responds to the Members’ Assistance Program’s
emergency hotline each Friday afternoon after 5:00pm until Monday
mornings at 8:00 am. She provides assessment and referral to those
members in dire need throughout the weekend hours.
She has broad experience in the development
and implementation of E.A.P. programs, drug and alcohol counseling,
assessment and the operation of community-based residential drug
and alcohol treatment programs. She is a past president of the
Tennessee Board of Emoyee Assistance Professionals.
